We were looking for a local business to support Crafty Badger with to build our ecommerce website. A great experience from the initial discussion around specification and pricing to the delivery.
A very straightforward approach, no discounts here and add-ons there - something which wins with us every time.
They actually listened to our requirements in our initial discussions which was reflected in the proposal sent to us. The same cannot be said for all of the proposals received. Again a winner with us.
Great service all the way though providing advice and guidance leading us through the process to get the best for us. A speedy six week turnaround which we feel was very good for the end product delivered.
Flexibility and availability was good too especially with last minute tweaks the evening before go live.
We now have exactly what we were looking for, a website that supports our business, is easy to navigate, looks fabulous and our customers find it easy to use.
Many thanks to both Tim and Mason for their support and we would not hesitate to recommend Ortiga based on our experience.
