What do you love most about your job?
Being able to meet different people who are unique and not focusing on their illness or condition but on how I can make a difference in their lives. It can be as simple as supporting a person make a cup of tea independently or getting a person to start communicating again. seeing these changes in a person's condition and well-being makes me love my job as a registered manager and a care provider.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having working as a Tutor and Assessor, I observed a lot of poor care being provided to the most vulnerable people in the community and I wanted to make a difference by ensuring the carers are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to carry out their duties effectively.
