Fantastic correspondence from Spot busters responding to messages outwith opening hours when they didn't need to, arrived promptly explained the procedure and what I could realistically expect rather than just saying yes we can remove this. Very professional, polite and thorough exceeded my expectations and actually did manage to remove stains we thought we may be stuck with forever, has definitely given my couch a new lease of life.
