One of the iconic building of Spitalfields. A beautiful church, still working. It has been lovingly restored to it's original decor. The organ is 'Handel's Organ', i.e. this is where he played his music. It is an original Hawksmoor church. There are only 6 still in existence in London. There are not many stain glass windows in the church as the style was to allow natural sunlight to light the church. It's beautiful. Worth the visit. More...
