I have Richard booked and confirmed for my wedding in august this year 2024. I have paid a deposit and signed a contract, yet my final payment due date is down as 5 days AFTER the date of my wedding. I have tried to make contact with Richard on multiple occasions via email, phone call and what's app, to which I am not recieving responses, frustratingly, on WhatsApp, I can see he is online and choosing not to reply to me! This is EXTREMELLY unprofessional and causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. I have also enquired via the website requesting his services on my wedding date, twice, and on both occasions he has come back stating "awesome news, we are available for ypur wedding date" clearly he shouldn't be as we have signed a contract for this date, and the contract states he wouldn't accept other bookings on the same date so he is in breach of contract. This is unfortunate to read as how we operate our business should not affect a review. We have also spoke in regards to this over the phone and I was under the impression that I had reassured and confirmed the booking for your wedding coverage. Firstly, yes the remaining balance is due 5 days after the wedding. This is all quoted before you make the booking. We have found that this gives couples less financial pressure before their wedding. Secondly, we not only film weddings, we photograph and video events for corporate clients and we offer other production services We not only do things in house we have a team of photographers and videographers but we also partner with other companies to provide services too. Finally, the best methods for contact are through email, and unfortunately some email accounts send or messages to spam. Watsapp isn’t our usually method of communication. This is unfortunate as we would have provided a great services for your wedding date and based on our experience you would have been more than pleased with our work and your videos. If you no longer would like to continue with your booking please let us know via email.

Hi everyone, I can say that it is one of the best offices in Birmingham, everything is done with a strong plan and management and they take care of any problem quickly. We would definitely recommend Richard after our great experience with him as our videographer for our wedding in Swansea in September 2019. Richard was very professional on the day - arriving before the agreed time to make sure everything was set up and in place to ensure he'd be able to capture the best possible footage. He was very friendly, but also we barely noticed him throughout the day (in a good way!). When looking back at the footage, the two of us are constantly surprised at how he managed to get such good clips of us from moments where we had no idea he was around us! The footage itself is fantastic. As part of our agreed package, Richard provided us with a ~5 minute highlights video as well as a 'full film'. Both videos are fantastic and captured our day incredibly well - they're both very professionally done and give us a nice mixture of clips to help us remember our day! Richard recently did the videography for our wedding and wow we were over the moon with our video and the service we received from start to finish. Richard was a friendly professional guy who put our minds at ease at the very beginning we knew we were in good hands. What do you love most about your job?
Myself and my team love meeting couples and capturing those special moments. Yes… you are the stars on your wedding day but we think it’s kind of important to document all your guests, family, & friends (as well as you) having a great day! Sharing the day with you and creating a film that you will cherish is a great privilege and extremely satisfying.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After travelling around the world and making lots of personal holiday films I was asked to film a friends wedding. It was from this point that I began to develop a passion for wedding videography.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our style is photojournalistic which means I am non-directorial and more observant and unobtrusive. My main focus is to document your day as it authentically happens vs. direct the action to get a different angle, etc. We want you to remember your day… not us directing you!
We also use high quality video and audio equipment combined with great production and editing skills.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We will wear face masks while indoors. We also sanitise and audio equipment that will be attached to clothing.
Wedding Photography Package
• One photographer
• 8 hours coverage
• 350 - 450 edited photographs
• Photos can be uploaded to a private online gallery (This be online for approximately 8 weeks)
• Elements such as preparations, ceremony, cake cutting, first dance, couples shoot etc.
• Finished photographs (JPEGs) will be delivered on a USB memory stick.
• Final edited photographs will be ready 10 - 12 weeks after the wedding and will be posted out (Royal Mail Special Delivery).
• Travel included up to 60 miles
Wedding Videography Highlights Package
• One videographer.
• 8 hours coverage (or 30 minutes after first dance).
• Video and audio of ceremony and speeches will be recorded in full and select parts will be edited together for the final film.
• Filming includes elements such as preparations, ceremony, cake cutting, first dance, couples shoot etc.
• Drone aerial footage will also be captured (weather and location permitting). This can include buildings and grounds.
• Final video will be 15+ minutes long with music overlay.
• 1-2 minutes highlights film (delivered in both 4k and HD).
• 60 second Instagram highlight.
• Finished film (MP4) will be delivered on a personalised USB memory stick.
• Final edited video will be ready 10 - 12 weeks after the wedding and will be posted out (Royal Mail Special Delivery).
• Hard drive with all the unedited footage. This will have all the ceremony and speeches in 4K (approximately 250GB).
• Travel included up to 60 miles.
