My wife and I have used the services of the Scottish Property Centre for 8.5 years. They acted as our property manager/letting agent for 8 years whilst we were based in Australia and recently acted as our estate agent successfully marketing our property which sold last week. Throughout our dealings with SPC they have exceed our expectations, the tenants they arranged were both long term and returned our property in good condition. I would highly recommend Scottish Property Centre. We just sold a flat with them and I could not fault them through the entire process. They stuck to their word, their communication was excellent, and they got us a good and quick sale of our flat, which I believe is down to their good understanding of the market and their honest and straightforward approach. Great friendly staff. Great fast and efficient services.

This review is based on a 6 month lease. I have moved out and therefore have went through the entire process with them.

Excellent service from the guys at Scottish Property Centre. A little more expensive than the going rate but it was worth it for an agent that treats you well. All the problems in my property were dealt with promptly. I was given numbers for the emergency teams directly and they sorted some problems out with one of my plug sockets out the next day.
