The girls always do an amazing job! Having two young children and working, sometimes it’s a dash out the door in the morning and then with tea and baths in the evening things can pile up quick! I said to Julie what I need is a fairy when I’m at work, and I got more than that. I got angels 😇 nothing is too much trouble and trust me when I say some weeks I need a miracle 🤦🏽♀️ I can’t rate them enough! How they manage to get done what they do in the time slot I have no idea but they do and it’s always, always to a high standard! Whilst the team were quick to respond and turned up when indicated the clean itself was not the best. Straight afterwards we had a decorator in and he had to wipe all the top of the door frames which were think with dust, the storm guard at the front door was still full of dirt, the bathroom mirror had not been cleaned, none of the doors had been cleaned and are all still full of hand marks which I will now have to clean. I don’t think the hoover had been put around either, they were gone within 3 hours I thought that’s not long enough to clean a whole house following tenants and I was right it wasn’t. With the clean being done over a week and a half ago, whilst we appreciate your feedback if you had just picked up the phone we would have corrected the issues you feel you had rather than to tap out on a keyboard. Also the storm guard is an external gardening requirement not a cleaners job. There were also 2 x cleaners which gave you 6 hr cleaning time and not the 3 you say you had. Regards.

I had a two bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, landing, hallway and conservatory all done.
The service and level of cleaning was exceptional and way pasted my expectations . Julie and her assistant where very professional throughout and used top quality and antibacterial products and even a toilet band (nice little touch).
I am so glad i had the extra service of my carpet and rug cleaned they came up like new and smelt beautiful.
My house looks fantastic again and i cannot thank Julie enough. If you are looking for a professional no hassle cleaning company i would highly recommend them to you.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in a factory for 35 yrs was extremely good at my job. But there was no job satisfaction so decided to start my own company.
