How long have you been in business?
I’ve been in the cleaning industry for roughly 10 years. Prior to this and alongside my cleaning I was area cleaning supervisor for all AO sites in the Staffordshire area.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. I always use my own products. I just find it quicker and easier to have my bag with my in each room knowing what products work best. If required or if you have any special products for example eco products I will gladly use yours.
I use my clients hoover and mop within the home.
For one off,end of tenancy and deep cleans I provide ALL necessary equipment
What do you love most about your job?
The rewards it gives me when my clients text me when they get in letting me know how happy they are!
What inspired you to start your own business?
For the love of the job and meeting new people daily.
Why should our clients choose you?
Friendly,reliable,trustworthy. A lot of my clients become friends over time. If I have spare time and I’m with an elder client I’ll always offer to make them a cup of tea or whatever before I leave. They love chatting to a friendly face ?
