Spring Cleaning and One Off Cleaning
Our Spring Clean and One Off Cleaning includes the following:
* Thorough hoover of carpets and mop where necessary.
* Clean under and behind furniture and move where possible.
* Thorough kitchen clean.
* Thorough cleaning of bathrooms.
* Dusting throughout.
* Wash all tiles floor to ceiling in the bathrooms.
* Wash down of all doors, framework, light fittings and radiators.
* Clean internal windows, window sills and frames.
* Empty inside bins.
* Remove all cobwebs.
* Clean pictures and mirrors.
* Clean inside the fridge, microwave and clean the exterior of appliances in the kitchen.
If you have any additional requests we will always try to accommodate them
End of Tenancy and Moving In or Out Cleaning
Our End of Tenancy Cleaning includes the following:
* Dusting throughout the property and remove all cobwebs from ceilings and walls.
* Clean all door frames, door handles and doors.
* All Light switches, sockets, light fittings and light shades will be cleaned.
* Cleaning of all Skirting Boards. We will move all furniture and beds to clean underneath them (where possible).
* All internal windows, window sills, and window frames will be cleaned.
* Polishing of all furniture; Tables, Chairs, Chest of Drawers, Wardrobes, Bookshelves and so on.
* Storage cupboards, wardrobes and airing cupboards will be hoovered and dusted.
* Vacuuming of all Soft Furnishings.
* Clean/Disinfect all Kitchen Cupboards, Hob, Oven, Fridge Freezer, Microwave (Inside and Out).
* Clean Washing Machine, Dishwasher and Tumble Dryer (Inside and Out).
* Clean/ Descale/Polish Wall Tiles, Bath and Shower Basins, Taps and Fittings.
* Hoover and Mop All Flooring and Stairs.
* Clean/ De-Scale/ Polish Sink and Taps.
* Clean and empty bins.
For an additional charge we can clean your carpets throughout, prices on request.

Builders Clean
Our Builders Clean includes the following:
* A thorough hoover of the entire property from top to bottom. Including walls, units, cupboards, wardrobes, drawers and wherever else we can see that dust has settled.
* Bathrooms cleaned and buffed to sparkle.
* Careful removal of paint splatters from light switches, plug sockets, floors and windows.
* Hoover, clean and disinfect the entire kitchen and cupboards.
* Clean all appliances if required.
* Mop where necessary.
* All internal window sills, windows and window frames will be cleaned.
* Dust throughout the property.
