What do you love most about your job?
The people, its brilliant helping our customers/clients to achieve their goals, whether its a completely newly built house, we can make Sparkle before the new owners take possession, or a property that needs a deep clean to protect the residents against Covid or any other virus/bacteria. Its very satisfying to see before and after cleaning.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Inspiration came from one particular person who was let down by a very large cleaning Company!
No names mentioned! He contacted me, as I used to work for this particular Company, asking me to arrange to do a Builders clean ( I had arranged one for him some 4 months previous, but then left the Company) He needed the same thing again, so I put him in touch with the new person who had taken over from me. Sadly, she made a commitment and then let him and his client down, big time!
When he told me what had happened, I said, next time come to me direct & I would put a team together for him - and Sparkle Cleaning* was born. We completed over 300 cleaning jobs for his Company over the next few years!
And we are still going and still being used by this Gentleman, in his new Company, after more than 10 years!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We use Environmentally friendly Virol & Anti bacterial cleaning products. We can also offer
"Fogging" which is a complete disinfecting system using the correct chemical in a machine that gives out a very fine mist and can be used in single rooms or complete buildings and is very cost effective.
