What inspired you to start your own business?
Have experienced bad customer service from estate agents in time past as a landlord myself. I knew i had a passion for property and also based on previous experience working with and for other estate agencies, i knew i could provide a level of service with a personal touch for my clients

Simply because we know what landlords and tenants needs, how to meet those needs and in addition to that we provide an excellent service with a personal touch. We deal with each property as if they are part of our biological family.

At SP Property investment Limited we focus on helping Landlords to let their Property, Sourcing a good tenant or managing their property.
We have a robust team of property managers who will manage your property throughout the lettings process from organising inventories, arranging for properties to be cleaned, booking work men to deliver household furniture's to the property when needed, handling deposit negotiations at the end of the tenancy.
During the tenancy, we will liase with utility companies that supplies your energy to arrange repairs, and maintenance work.
The property will be inspected periodically to ensure your investment is being cared for .
We also have a dedicated team who takes care of the tenancy renewal, providing advice as per the current market trend, current market rent, provide comparable evidence to support this and arrange for a re-appraisal of your property where appropriate.
Letting Service
We will advertise your property on the main online property portals, social media platforms, in order to make sure your property gets maximum exposure that it deserves.
We will ensure all prospective tenants are carefully vetted, shown around the property thoroughly, appointments booked at a time convenient for you, and if tenanted,
convenient for the current tenant.
We provide a robust property letting service which comes with a high end credit check process via one of our credit reference agencies.
Once we have located the right tenant, we will inform you and provide you with some background information about the tenant and if you are happy, we will proceed with processing the tenant application through our robust vetting process in order to ensure that the tenants credentials are factually correct
