Friendly staff, very helpful. Had my bumper done that was scratched & dented. Looks as good as new. Super impressed. I was at the end of my hire purchase and needed to make my car like new again, Southend SMART Repairs did that for me at short notice and even arranged an M. O.T for me at a garage round the corner. Just got my car back from Southend SMART Repairs as it had been keyed around a year ago.... As frustrating as it was spending money on this issue it was priced very reasonably, communication was excellent and kept informed throughout and carried out to a quality where it feels brand new ✨. I had my Fiesta ST repaired by Southend SMART Repairs and they did a brilliant job. They were honest and very reasonably priced, much better than Ford direct. I needed the front bumper and front wing replaced, they collected and dropped off the car. Which is a great help, during these Covid-19 times. They had masks, gloves and disinfectant, which they used before and after so I was at peace of mind. I paid via bank transfer and was emailed the VAT receipt straight away. Recently took my Mercedes A Class in for a service and MOT at Southend SMART Repairs. Fantastic service, included an easy to understand breakdown and service stamp. They went above and beyond and kept me in the loop throughout. My car needed two new tyres to pass the MOT. Highly recommend these guys! Badly damaged an alloy 4 days ago, stumbled across their page the following day and enquired and got a quote I was happy with virtually instantly, noticed they also sprayed wheels too, so got a full refurb on the dodgy one and paint job on all 4 they managed to squeeze me in 2 days before Christmas! No hassle, and a brilliant job!
