5 Star Service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I met with Richard Regueria over 2 years ago for mortgage advice and the initial meeting was a real eye opener to what was possible and his help literally made a dream came true. He's such a professional, courteous and genuine guy who actually wants the best for you. We were looked after incredibly well through the whole purchasing process, it really made it easy to buy. I had tried other places before and felt like "just another punter" even only at discussion stage. Richard got in touch around remortgage time to assist and we met again recently to discuss future plans and financing and I met the same excellent service and advice. I've recommended him to as many friends and family as possible and urge you to get in contact if you are struggling to get a mortgage. He helped a friend of mine with a CCJ who thought he'd never get a mortgage, but he did. So, don't hesitate to get in touch and just talk your plans through. The last 6 months buying my first property have been a nightmare! From the first property falling through and facing so many hurdles on the second. However I was lucky enough to have Richard in my corner supporting me through every hurdle. As a first time buyer with no understanding of what I was doing he was fantastic! We went to see Richard off the back of a reccomedation from a friend. I didn't expect to be in a position to get a mortgage, but I heard Richard was very good and was hoping if anything to be given advise so I could work towards getting a mortgage offer. Turns out I was in a better position than I thought and was able to, with Richards help get the mortgage offer I needed. After being recommended to us by a number of people, we gave Richard a call to book our first meeting and I am so glad we did. As first time buyers we were pretty clueless as to whether we were actually going to be able to get a mortgage, especially as my partner is self employed. I say ‘especially as my partner is self employed’ as this was a bit of a worry for us as we had been told by various people that being self employed can make things difficult when applying for a mortgage... clearly not when Richard is in the equation! During our first meeting, Richard clearly discussed our options and made the whole ‘self employed’ worry disappear completely, in fact after our first meeting myself and my partner were over the moon at the idea of how much we could borrow! Since that day, although we have come up against some minor hurdles, Richard has gone above and beyond to make the entire experience understandable and stress free. 6 weeks ago we met Richard for the first time and now we are a couple of weeks away from completing on our first family home.
