Describe your creative process.
Initially I have a meeting or phone call with the client to discuss their requirements. Following that I will create a number of visuals and costings to then discuss in a second meeting. We will then go onto finalizing designs to producing the actual products or artworks.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
It would be good to have an email with all your details and ideas you want for your products or artwork including any visuals. We can then have a first meeting or phone call to discuss details and costings.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the creative process from initial visuals through to the completed products - seeing your designs printed up or embroidered onto clothing. Very satisfying. I pride myself in producing very good quality work and great customer service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for many years in large studios for big companies producing artworks from managers ideas. I felt it was time to create my own designs and now the world is my oyster!
Why should our clients choose you?
I have had many years experience in the design industry working for major international greeting card companies including winning an award for my designs.

Yes I can - I can have meetings over the phone or if you prefer via Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work in my own office and remotely - clients can pop in for meetings in my office in Heswall, if preferred and PPE will be worn if required.
