Sophia is excellent to work with. She is professional, insightful and very caring. Sophia has helped me to overcome problems with addiction. She has given me valuable insights that I needed in order to understand my own personality and tendencies a lot more than I ever have before.

Sophia is adept at identifying different personality types and was therefore able to set for me specific and targeted goals that were tailored to solving my problems. After every session, I felt that meaningful work had been done and I was always left with the feeling that I had made progress. This is due to Sophia's dedication and commitment to helping her client - she makes a personal investment and she truly cares.

Through tackling my issues of addiction, I have become a much stronger person with a greater knowledge of myself. We have been doing couples counselling with Sophia for the last month and a half. We feel that without Sophia's amazing work, we probably would have ended our 8-year relationship.
Sophia has been brilliant; she is very professional yet very approachable. Sophia is a very good listener and is impartial when trying to help with resolving any conflict. She is direct when needed, particularly where one or both of us need to accept a level of responsibility or reflect on our actions.

She is a very good communication coach and we have learnt so much about how we may trigger each other by communicating our feelings and thoughts in the wrong way. She has taught us both about the importance of listening and hearing each other. We have had challenging moments that we have brought to the session and Sophia has helped us resolves these using her communication framework she has taught us. We have used this communication framework ourselves and it works so well when used properly.

We were in such a bad place when we started, so much anger, resentment, feeling unappreciated, unwanted, unattractive, unloved and unheard. Now the spark is back!!! We laugh together and the love is so much more visible as well as felt by us both. We have a long way to go but so far so good.

Sophia s counselling and coaching style are adaptive and tailored to the individuals and personalities she is working with. The sessions are very interactive. She is very passionate about her work and her clients. For example ‘ we were towards the end of our session and one of us was triggered and very emotional but she did not let us go even though the session was at the end, she wanted to carry on and resolve the issue even though it took an additional 30 mins'
We have both had counselling individually in the past so we were very unsure whether this would be beneficial. We can confidently say we are much happier and feel Sophia was the best choice out of many we had spoken to. Highly recommend Sophia. More...

Sophia provides an excellent professional and person centred service. Personally, I gained a new perspective and insight into my own values, beliefs and goals through life coaching sessions and gained a deeper understanding of my inner self through the hypnotherapy sessions.

I really valued the new and fresh perspectives and questioning used to bring out my own inner thoughts and making me reflect on existing doubts and concerns in a new way. Life choices were made a lot easier with the support and reassurance offered from Sophia through the 1:1 sessions and additional support available if required by text.

Overall, I found the sessions to support me in many aspects of my life from relationships, life goals, career goals and confidence. I am now about to embark on a new journey in my life and welcome the challenges to come with a new perspective. I would highly recommend this therapist if you are considering on life coaching or hypnotherapy and have already recommended her to many friends and family.

I was sceptical about venturing into relationship guidance but Sophia is truly a wonder. She has turned our relationship from a very negative place towards a positive one. We still have a way to go but im sure with Sophia on board our marriage will come out stronger than ever.
