Everyday is a new day and it is very exciting to travel and meet new clients in order to create special events and introduce new flavours.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Born in a family of entrepreneurs it was natural for me to set up on my own as I am bossy by nature and almost have an OCD for the small details which make the difference.
