Leo is an excellent teacher. I have done Pilates with him on line since he moved to Warwick. Before that we had classes in a studio with equipment such a a Reformer. Leo is very inventive in using simple equipment to supplement exercises. He is very clear in explaining what the correct movements should be and patient. He takes a holistic approach to his classes so he will use movements from disciplines other than Pilates. He varies the exercises so you don’t get bored and he makes the sessions fun and interesting. I also do breathing exercises which are very relaxing. More...

I had my first massage (lymphatic Drainage massage) couple of month ago. I didn't know what to expect, but as I enter the room I was greeted by Leo who put me at ease. . The room is quiet, relaxing and a light background music(really good if you want to sleep during your session🤭). His technique is fantastic and amazing. He knows exactly what to do, what is the right pressure on different part of your body. I definitely recommend Leo as he offers a different types of services(not just massage) depending of your need/want. He will guide and advise you, in a friendly manner. He is so easy to talk to. My plan was to have few massage for a month and now 3 months later I'm still there. And not ready to stop 😎. It's so relaxing, that I feel rejuvenated each time. Thank you Leo More...

Leo is a brilliant, caring and focused pilates teacher, therapist, physio, breathing instructor...I could go on. He is incredibly knowledgeable and superb at tailoring classes to the individual, so if you have an injury or are recovering from illness he makes sure that you don't overdo it. You always feel safe in his hands, even if taking a video class, which is quite something. I always feel so much better for attending a class and love how we end with breathing exercises. It's like exercise, meditation and mindfulness all rolled into one. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. More...

Leo has a huge amount of experience and has studied for years and continues to study. As a result he is extremely knowledgeable and I learn a lot both in class and from his occasional longer workshops. His massage and acupuncture treatments are very good too. Above all I enjoy and benefit most from doing an online Pilates class with Leo 3 times a week. Every class is different so you never get bored or watch the clock! Qigong (pronounced ‘chee-gung’) is a form of energy cultivation is a system of Chinese medicine that has helped transform people’s health and wellbeing for over 2500 years. Qi in Chinese means ‘life energy’ and gong ‘to cultivate’ is the organising force of the body and energy produced by each cell. It is considered one of the pillars of Chinese medicine, but also the basis of most Chinese martial arts.
The practice of Qigong employs a blend of active and dynamic movements, breathing, visualisation and meditation techniques aiming to cultivate healthy qi flow through the body’s organs and meridians. Assisting us to find this nourishment and use it to support the health of our body, mind and spirit.
It offers tools to help us replenish our resources when they seem depleted or scarce, because of lifestyle, trauma, injury or stress, however, qi can also become stagnant, blocked, diseased, erratic, sluggish, excessive or deficient. Qigong works to cultivate healthy qi flow where there has been disruption or imbalance.

According to Chinese Medicine, energy called 'Qi ' flows through and about the body via channels or meridians, when is an imbalance or blockage in this energy, pain, illness, and other illnesses can occur. Acupuncture can help to remove the blockage or restore the balance, so it is a treatment that not only reduces pain but also addresses the root cause.
Acupuncture involves inserting needles into the skin at specific points along the meridians on your body. Sometimes, we also manipulate them. The needles are usually left in place for between 40-60 minutes.

Cupping is an ancient healing technique that dates back thousands of years, all the way to the ancient Egyptians. Cupping works by placing vessels (cups) at specific points on the body and inducing a suction to draw the blood within the treatment area up to the surface of the skin, which results in increased blood flow within the treatment area.
When the cup is placed on the skin, it creates a vacuum effect which makes it stick to the skin and it makes the blood immediately rushes to the area, creating a painless bruise that actually feels good. It has application in the treatment of injuries resulting from physical trauma, as a body maintenance and performance enhancement technique by professional athletes, and as a health care tool used to treat a variety of medical conditions including asthma, anaemia, bronchitis, congestion, and the common cold. It has even been shown to increase a person’s sense of well-being.
