My teenage daughter had a few sessions with Solace Healing and Therapy to help her cope with emotional issues and how to deal with stress and anxiety. Walking into the tranquil room at Solace Healing and Therapy was therapy in its self. I under went a series of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) sessions working on some very difficult emotions and was very surprised at how effect and fast working the technique is as well as the comfort of being guided by the therapist. I would highly recommend Solace Healing and Therapy if you are looking for a simple relaxing Crystal Therapy, Reiki session or helping yourself work through more targeted emotional based areas.
