I worked with Sodark Care for sometime and my impression is that they train their carers to interact with their clients in detail and to pay attention to their inter personal skills both verbal and non verbal. The manager works with employees to create a balance between work and client life. Manager also ensures each employee demonstrates a level of professionalism at their assigned duty. I have been working with Sodark for awhile now and really enjoyed my role. Sodark is an Interesting place to work. Good environment with a lot of learning experience. Sodark provide maximum support in the workplace. Sodark management and staff genuinely care about service users. They have good training, good colleagues that work as a team. Very organised. This is more than a working environment for me, it truelly feels like belonging to a big family. Sodark Care received and welcomed me very homely. The workers are caring, hardworking, Punctual and full of smiles, just to mention a few. The management team took me through all the necessary training and paperwork before I started work. Sodark Care has got an excellent car service that picks their workers to their destination promptly and drops them back home after work on a daily basis. I am a midwife who came into the UK with this care agency and I have never regretted. It took me less than a week for my training to start and work was always available for me. The services offered by all the carers for my Dad was excellent. He had a live-in carer for most of the time, this worked very well for him and for the family because we knew he was in safe hands, nothing was to much trouble. It was easy to contact Sophia and they were wiling to discuss any changes to the care plan. When Dad passed away they sent a lovely card and flowers and attended his funeral. More...

Good people, took care of my dad at his worse time. Cleaned, changed and shaved him every time. My dad was hard work but this did not phase them, just got it done and paid attention to every detail. Can not thank them enough.

I wish I could rate this care company higher. They had compassion, understanding and devotion during my mother's final months. Very supportive throughout some challenging times. Unfortunately now my father has passed away but before he did he was looked after by Sophia and what an amazing job she did, I can not recommend he enough.
