I have worked in a variety of industries, and have been a mentor and coach for 5 in Financial services.
I provide leadership support, talking through difficult conversations, have experience in dealing with HR and staff challenges. Exploring employee motivation, using listening skills to drill down to the core problems and not the high level noisy ones. Supporting mentees through promotional journeys and self development.
Transformational coaching
Whether it be personal or business transformation, it all impacts on your life. Supporting you to challenge the narratives you tell yourself or have been told, I will listen in a non judgemental way, supporting a safe place for you to release your thoughts and work through them. It’s your time to be heard.
Adventure Coaching
Want to go away and try something new? Want to explore yourself in a different outdoor environment?
I have group and 1:1 adventures available.
I have a campervan as part of my business as well as tents etc. So if you want to get away somewhere to focus on you and achieve something that’s on your list I’ll be happy to help make it happen.
