A bit of a trek but there doesn’t seem to be any decent bathroom companies in Dublin,they do a lot of work in the south and were recommended by friends,very happy with their service and our beautiful bathroom.

Couldn’t recommend Soaks highly enough ..... we came across them at the Ideal Homes Exhibition in the RDS last November and drove to Belfast to see their showroom as we were in the process of a build. We had the incredible fortune of meeting Eddie who is absolutely fantastic at his job. He designed four stunning bathrooms for us, suggesting things we would never have dreamt of and sent us the 3D graphics straight away so we could discuss the requirements with our builder. Our builder even commented on how great the designs were! Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they arranged delivery to the site in Co. Clare as soon as the builder needed them. When the items arrived each box was actually labeled as to which bathroom it needed to go to.... the plumber was very impressed by this as this is not standard practice with delivery. When finalizing the sale we dealt with Wayne and again his patience and expertise was fantastic! The quality of their goods is absolutely excellent and their prices were competitive. A visit to Soaks is an absolute must if you are renovating / building .... well worth the trip. More...

I recently decided the time had come to invest in a new bathroom suite and on the recommendation of a friend I decided to call in to Soaks on the Boucher Road to have a look at what was on offer. I was served by Wayne who was extremely helpful and friendly, and discussed in detail what would best suit my needs. Despite leaving the house that day just to have a look, I left that afternoon with a new bathroom suite on order and could not recommend Soaks more. Just over 2 years ago my wife and I decided to refurbish our homes bathroom. After looking around and talking to a number of bathroom suppliers we visited Soaks showroom. From the minute we started to discuss our requirements with Wayne we knew that Soaks were the company we wanted to deal with. He took the time to draw up several different layouts for us and gave us sound advice on each component from shower heads to toilet seats.
Why have I waited two years to write this review? Today I went back to get a couple of bits and pieces which I felt we needed to replace due to wear and tear. Wayne replaced these items for us free of charge under warranty.

Excellent products, excellent design and outstanding staff

We wanted a unique styled bathroom in an awkward space and the staff at Soaks spent lots of time with us to understand what we wanted wile advising us on the practicalitites of having a functioning room as well as a visually stunning room.

Throughout the process all staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were happy. This included sourcing parts that were lost/damaged by our builders in a speedy turn around time.

I have and will continue to recommend Soaks to anyone who is looking for design, quality, customer service and all at a very competative price. More...

We went to Soaks for our new build and as this was our first time fitting out a new house we found the knowledge and professionalism of Wayne and his staff second to none.

Their showroom has a vast range of products on display which made our decision making much easier. Its reassuring to order something you have physically seen rather than picking something out of a brochure. Wayne designed our main bathroom and ensuite and I must say the 3D drawings we received are so close to the finished rooms its unreal. In fact I gave the drawings to the plumber for him to follow when he was doing his first and second fix.

Wayne was very competitive on price and willing to match my other quotes. I was in regular contact with Wayne via email regarding quotes and design changes and he was always prompt in replying with updated designs and costings. Once we had placed our order Chris kept me updated on progress and was helpful in arranging delivery when products were required.

Now that the bathrooms are finished the attention to detail and quality products have definitely given our rooms that WOW factor. We will definitely be recommending Soaks to our family and friends. More...

Fantastic products and service! We kitted out 3 bathrooms this year with Soaks, the price saving was huge when compared to competitors in Dublin. Excellent advice given and was refreshing to have a salesman not push products outside our budget. The service, the quality and the selection is impeccable.

Just had 2 bathrooms completed. We are absolutely delighted with them they are both fabulous. Eddie's advice was excellent he really listened to what we wanted. They have a vast collection of bathrooms on show which really helped me to visualise and pick what i wanted. Eddie's designs for both bathrooms were contemporary and didn't break the bank. Dee's team from complete bathroom makeovers did a fantastic job right from the the rip out of the old bathrooms to the postioning of the tiles and bathroom suite. Soaks just provided a fantasic bathroom of great quaility for me, from the start nothing was too much hassle, no query too trivial, and the design of the bathroom was exceptional, thank you Wayne for superb design input! ! A big thanks to Dee the fitter and his team, (one of a few recommened by soaks) the team always arrived on time, worked incredibly hard with little in the way of breaks, were personable, hard working and completed the job to a very high standard. Would have no hesitation in recommending Soaks, and Dee the fitter, be warned, Dee has a full diary, but worth the wait for exceptional work.

I couldn't be happier. Anthony was very patient with my parents, no hard sales, great advice & tips & mum immediately said she wanted to buy her bathroom at soaks because he put her at ease.

The showroom is clean, well laid out and has a great variety, something for everyone!!! Mum loves the stairs best, visit & you'll see what I mean.

Just off the Boucher road we nearly drove past this hidden gem on the way to another showroom. Thank goodness we stopped by last minute.

Pawel (Paul) was brilliant at fitting the bathroom from top to bottom. Nothing was too difficult & his price was reasonable. His job & finish was clean.

Just another example of great customer service! Met David and Wayne at the Ideal Homes Exhibition recently in Dublin. Was telling them of the small problem we had with keeping water in the hand basin, due to the perished washer on the stopper. Wondering if a replacement washer could be purchased (hand basin was fitted in 2010), David said he would send a complementary replacement unit the following week!!! Sure enough, within a few days I was contacted by Chris to say it would be in the post later that evening. It arrived yesterday, the stopper was exchanged, and, low and behold, the water now stays in the sink until released! Many thanks again Soaks! From another satisfied customer! John More...
