I needed an after build clean after having work done on the house but then decided to use this company for a regular deep clean once a month- they’ve never disappointed! Really happy with them :)

End of Tenancy
Usually, the requirement will be to leave the premises perfectly clean and ready for the new tenants. Our job is removing any food or other stuff from the refrigerators and freezers and cupboards, removing any grease and grime from the kitchen oven and anywhere it could have accumulated through the years. Cleaning in and out of cupboards, all surfaces, dishwashers, microwaves.
Sanitizing and scrubbing all floors in the house. Disinfecting and cleaning of bathroom, shower rooms and W/C- including scrubbing tiles, removing limescale from taps and shower trays
The cleaning of windows and woodwork are also included in end of tenancy cleans
Carpet cleaning/extractor fan filter replacement/upholstery cleaning are available at an additional cost.
Office and Commercial Cleaning
Our job is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the office/building. It is especially important to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the work space to ensure bacteria and virus' (including coronavirus) are kept at bay.
Office/commercial cleans include sweeping, mopping, buffing required floors, vacuuming carpeted areas, dusting surfaces, scrubbing and disinfecting restrooms, and polishing woodwork.
Disinfecting of all high touch points/surfaces.
After Build Cleans
As part of a builders clean our professionals will remove dirt and clean dust from all surfaces, regardless of the size and type.
Deep cleaning of the skirting boards, railings, window ledges, entryway and window outlines
Cleaning of all sanitary units, pipes and tiles in the bathroom and kitchen
Scrubbing the tiles and cleaning the grouts and wiping all the floors and surfaces
Removing any stickers or protections from windows, cupboards and surfaces
Sanitising the kitchen- appliances, cupboards and tops thoroughly dusted and cleaned
Dusting and vacuuming throughout the property
In particular, we will leave no traces of paint, plaster, glue or builders dust behind- usually this service is personalised to cater to specific requirements.
