Simply brilliant!
Ventured onto Bark to research and potentially source a videographer for a senior-level, very prestigious event we were running for a client - after a few conversations with potential partners, I spoke with Rob, and immediately knew he was the man for there job - from the outset, super professional, very friendly, and instantly made me feel at ease - this was further backed up by a professional proposal, detailing exactly what we had spoken about, sent to me well in advance of the timeframe we had agreed.
In lead up to delivery, Rob was collaborative, creative, supportive and clear - helping us ensure that all aspects were covered. In terms of delivery, he was awesome, and every member of our team reflected this back. From start to finish Rob was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative from the start, making sure our team had a good understanding of what he could provide, a clear breakdown of costs with differing options for our needs, and was also incredibly flexible as our needs changes.
He really made sure the whole pre-event organisation was that much easier as he clearly knows what he's doing.
For our event - which was a corporate seminar on Single View of the Customer - we had some on-the-day issues with the venues sound-system; Rob very quickly made other suggestions for us to still get a clear audio for our recording we can use for future marketing releases. He was pleasant, personable and made us feel like no task was too small for him - he handled everything we threw at him with ease! He really made sure we made the most of our time with him, and made helpful suggestions throughout the evening to make sure we got the footage we needed.
Thanks again Rob, we're very keen to work with you again and cannot recommend Sneak Global enough.

We had an awesome experience working with Rob! He rocked a full day of intense interview filming for our two separate campaigns.
Before the shoot, Rob was great at keeping us in the loop and making sure he understood what we wanted. When he arrived, he wasted no time and got right down to business, making sure we captured all the necessary shots for the interviews and double-checking everything along the way, making sure we were happy with angles, lighting etc.
What blew us away was Rob's initiative. He went above and beyond and got some amazing extra b-roll footage of our students and office, which we can use not just for these campaigns, but also for future projects. The editing process was a breeze because Rob was totally open to our feedback, and the platform sneak uses is so straight forward. Rob took our notes onboard and the final result was excellent! He made sure every little detail was perfect.
We recently shared the videos at an event and the compliments were pouring in! We were so impressed that we've already booked Sneak for another event and can't wait to work with them again.

We hosted Rob and Jack in our offices a couple of weeks to film a Client testimonial, but with the vision of a documentary-style outcome.
Rob took the time to understand our needs and requirements, communicating with myself and others on the project from outreach to video completion.

There are some services we can deliver remotely. In particular animated videos, which can be entirely scripted, storyboarded and planned from anywhere with our talented design team. During the pandemic, we also created several significant projects using interviews captured via video calling platforms like Zoom and editing them into a graphics package to create a video.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our on-location production crew test regularly and prior to particular shoots taking place. We've also invested in particular cameras and technologies that have reduced the number of people we need to send on location to produce a video, helping minimise anyone potentially at risk.
