Love this place.Super clean, lots of great equipment.Also there are classes available. Some with an instructor and others virtual on a large screen. You can select on an iPad screen what type of class and boom! There it is. Vending machine drinks are cheap. Only a pound for a bottle of water.Staffed until 9pm. Staff are a hoot! Super helpful. Worth the doshI don’t know what previous comments mean by saying only one pull down machine etc. There are other machines that also have a lat pull down as one of many resistance exercises. Friendly gym - being an older woman I get nervous going to a gym but this place is not intimidating at all. Good range of equipment and shower rooms are great. Can be busy at various times of the day - I tend to go early morning and have no trouble using the kit I need to. There are a couple of PTs available to offer advice and train you.
