Callum has been brilliant throughout the planning process with us, from initial site visit through to plans and working with various contractors, engineers etc. through to permission being granted. He has been meticulous and great personal touch throughout. He spent a lot of time working with the council to ensure we got the right outcome including pulling together huge amount of evidence of similar properties when objections were raised as well as redesigns as required and keeping us informed throughout.
