We’re a small team of 3 based in Nantwich, Cheshire. SMR Social was started by Stephen in May 2014 and was made a family business when Abby joined in September 2016. Since then we have been working together to help our clients get the best out of social media for their businesses, and have be joined by Jake, a local professional who helps us with our content creation/curation.

What do you love most about your job?
Showing clients the true power of social media. When they realise just how many people they can reach that are in their target audience they are often truly blown away.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent years working for web design and social media companies and soon realised that there was no reason I couldn't do this on my own. I just needed a computer and an internet connection. I value my time, family and close friends highly so being able to choose my own work hours has been a huge bonus for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm an incredibly driven individual and whenever I take on a new project I feel I have a huge point to prove. The reputation of SMR Social is very important to me so keeping up our performance is what drives us.

This service includes the management of your social media accounts so that you don't have to spend any time doing the social media for your business.
My posts will reflect your brand image and present you as the authority in your field. Social media isn't all about selling, it's about relating to your customers and building a relationship with them. That's why I also respond to any comments and messages for you.
I will schedule my posts to go out Monday - Friday. Please contact me if you would need posts on the weekend, or if you want to know why I only offer posts during the working week.
