My husband and I used SMK photography for our wedding in January. George, our photographer was a true gent from start to finish and his work was flawless. Steve, also a gent was professional from start to finish. He made sure we were 100% happy before our album went to print. I would 110% use SMK photography again in the future and would rate them with 5 star and recommend them without any<span id="moreReview691807" class="hide"> regret. SMK photography was the first thing I booked when I got engaged in 2013. I got married on 23rd July 2016 and the service received from Steve and his wife over the 3 years since booking was outstanding! Wedding photography is an important part of your day, these are the photographs that you will look back on and Steve has captured everything amazingly, from the wedding prep, arriving at our<span id="moreReview681029" class="hide"> venue, the ceremony, friends and family, every fine detail of our perfect day. Well where to start….. On our wedding day Steve and Teresa were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Steve made me feel at ease and Teresa ensured my dress and veil was in the perfect position for all my photos. They were both fantastic on the day and we could not recommend them enough. One of my Bridesmaids has even decided to book them for her wedding next year. Not only did we get great<span id="moreReview615321" class="hide"> customer service before and during the wedding but Steve was also great with me when it came to picking the photos for my wedding album. I think I asked Steve for 4 or 5 amendments to the albums he sent me and these changes were due to me wanting photos to be changed or re-arranged as I did not like the ones I had picked. We booked SMK for our wedding on the 16th June 2012. We could not have picked a better company to have taken our wedding pictures. Steve and Teresa are very professional in what they do and they make you feel relaxed infront of the camera. Every little detail from our wedding day was captured from start to finish, we now use them for family photos and will do again and again in the future. We got married on 22nd of June 2013 and couldn't be happier we used smk for our photos, we had a church wedding followed by a reception at a hotel and the pictures from both venues where stunning, Steve and Teresa made us feel totally at ease throughout our special day, and also got so many great shots without wasting a lot of time on the day, something a lot of our guests commented on, they<span id="moreReview479696" class="hide"> where also great with the kids we had in our pictures which all helped our special day run very smoothly, when we had to choose our pictures for the album it was a nightmare as there was so many great pictures, when we picked our shots and got our album back we where over the moon with it! The pictures of my son's wedding in May this year taken by SMK Photographics were outstanding. Thier patience on the day with my grandchildren gave us all some lovely pictures to treasure. Nothing was to much trouble, the list of family groupings seemed endless but they took every one which gave us plenty to choose from, in fact it was difficult to narrow it down and the miniature copy of my son<span id="moreReview455593" class="hide"> and daughter-in-laws album for both mums wasa alovely touch. Steve and Teresa were excellent on the lead up to the wedding and made a few suggestions that we had not thought of which were gratefully received. The photos themselves were excellent especially the colours which were very vivid. The whole process was relaxed on the day which was our biggest worry as we have been at weddings where the photographer made everyone stressed out. If you book them<span id="moreReview453487" class="hide"> let them do their jopb as they know exactly what they are doing and your day will go very smoothly. Steve also gave me a couple fop large pictures ot hang on the wall for a very competitive price and dropped in a couopkle of pics on the day for my father as he lived close by. My wife Jenni and I married on the 7th April this year in Hampshire, England. Yes, Steve and teresa were more than happy to make the trip down to England to photograph our big day. My wife is Scotish and we met Steve in Glasgow early 2012. Steve ran through the various packages and we were only too glad to book Steve to photography our big day. Many of our guests commented on how professional<span id="moreReview437301" class="hide"> Steve and Teresa were and we hope they had a great time staying at the venue. Although it was Steve's first time photgraphing the venue and the church, this never showed. He was prepared, fully prepped and even the driver of the bridal car made a comment that he was the most efficient photographer in terms of moving the party on to the venue and arranging the photos that he had experienced - little did the driver know this was Steve's first time at the church/ venue! We are delighted with our pictures and albumns. 10 out of 10 without a showdow of a doubt and would highly reccomend SMK's services. We were recommended SMK by friends and we are so pleased we were. My wife is recovering from a stroke and Steve came to our house to arrange it all, he was brilliant. He showed us examples of his work (very impressive) and discussed a number of options for us and we decided on the story book which I would highly recommend. On the day of our wedding at the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow he<span id="moreReview417028" class="hide"> arrived early so he could capture the whole build up and agreed to stay until the first dance (which was a great deal later than had been planned). He put everyone at ease and lightened the occasion with a good sense of humour. Steve and Teresa arranged the photos quickly and worked very well as a team, the formal photographs were staged so well one just flowed in to the other. They set up a booth for guests to have their photos taken and have them printed off there and then and also took spontaneous photos of our guests just enjoying the day and these were fantastic as well. So much so we could not agree on the final number of 64 photos to go to print and for a very reasonable fee Steve agreed for us to add another 20 photographs. We have met Steve since at other functions and he came straight over to see how we were. I found Steve a very honest and conscientious guy and a pleasure to deal with, thanks Steve.</span> More...
