Leo came round to assess a faulty bathroom tap which was getting little to no pressure from its connected electric pump. Rather than pull the bathroom apart to inspect the pump (and suggest replacing the pump like most plumbers may have done to earn a bit of extra money) he simply checked for limescale in the tap which turned out to be the cause all along! I always wear my PPE (gloves, face mask etc) and always make sure to keep a safe distance.
