Initially Joe was going to do a roof repair on worn felting that was letting water in that badly stained the ceiling. I asked him to survey the rest of the roof and was with him in the loft and we both spotted torn and decaying felt on one side of the roof. He was prepared to just do one side and I decided to have the complete roof done as it made sense. Booked him and the price was good. He completed the job in 2 days very efficient and never stopped work a true hard worker which are few and far. Very polite and tidy. Will not hesitate to use Joe again. Re-lining and tiling of bungalow roof.
I’d give Smart Roofs 4star+
Conscientious and hard working team of 3 led on the job by Joe, who negotiated the price and effectively coordinated materials, scaffolding and skip for agreed start date.
No lengthy tea or lunch breaks nor disappearing from the job.
Nil requests for loo visits, so no extra work there!!
Job satisfactorily completed in timescale and every effort made to clear away debris and clean up as best possible, including neighbours drive.
Would happily recommend based on my experience but be aware of inevitable mess in attic and plan for it better than I did.
On the back of the above, I have booked them another job.
