Amazing customer service from a lovely guy and I requested the job at such short notice literally a few hours before! Best company I’ve used, they not only picked up and delivered a large heavy table in good time making sure to keep me updated on traffic issues etc he even put the table together for me I will 100% use again and would recommend their services.

If I could give 0 stars I would cause this man is so unreliable and unprofessional. First of all we booked him for Friday at 5pm to then find out he is in Southampton 3 hours away after having called him to ask where he was at. He apologised and said he would do it first thing Saturday morning at 9am after I stressed to him we needed to be out the property by then.
Next morning comes I text him 15 minutes before 9am and there is no response. I called and texted throughout the morning and still no answer. I had to find another driver to do the move which luckily I was able to in such short notice. If you book him... do it at your own risk! More...

Very friendly and helpful team, nothing was too much bother for them. Only let down was the van wasn’t quite big enough (hence 4 stars, would have been 5), but they did a second trip without complaining nor did they charge extra fee for doing so.
