I used Smart Choice Home Solutions Ltd for my loft insulation. I also needed to relocate the access to my loft and have a ladder installed. I would highly recommend this company as they ensured the work was completed to a professional standard. While clearing the loft to apply the insulation, they discovered two massive wasp nest. They removed both without making any fuss at no additional cost. Whilst the work was a very messy job, they cleared everything up leaving the place as they had arrived. What inspired you to start your own business?
the home improvement sector is full of very shady businessmen, and homeowners need someone they can rely on. This is why I decided to create smart choice and be someone people can trust.

All our staff are tested before starting projects and have suitable face masks should they require them.

a free survey in which our surveyor will use a thermal imaging camera to check the external walls and roof, then they will come inside, quickly check the loft space to health check the current insulation, and carry out some moisture readings on the rafters, ceiling joists, and support beams.
