Slough Care in Home Ltd employs a team of highly skilled, committed and caring people from a multitude of countries, backgrounds and ethnicity to provide a high quality & personalised service to vulnerable people in their own homes.

Slough Care in Home Ltd will: -
Plan each service according to the needs and preferences of the person receiving the service, so that each can be truly said to be person-centred
Provide individuals with sufficient information to enable them to make informed choices
Agree with the person using the service the desired outcomes for the service and ensure that they can reasonably expect that those outcomes will be achieved
Put people in control of their services by including them in decisions about their service, including when it is delivered and by whom
Make sure that the people who use our services know what to expect; this will include knowing who will deliver their service and when.
Provide information and communicate with people that use our services in a manner that they can understand.
Respect the right of people that use our services to live the life of their choosing regardless of age, sex, gender identity, marital status or civil partnership, religion or belief, race, sexuality, or disability.
Acknowledge the vital role of family carers and others in the lives of the people that use our services and support and work with these people as partners in the planning and delivery of services.
Actively seek and value the contribution made by informal carers’, families, representatives, and advocates in individual support planning
Ensure people that pay towards the cost of their service have a clear set of written terms and conditions laying out their obligations.
