Slice Of Fire Neapolitan Pizza Company has been serving authentic Neapolitan sourdough pizza since 2018.

ITS NOT OUR JOB – ITS OUR PASSION !!!

All our pizzas are handmade with min. 48 hours double proofed, Neapolitan best mix of flour dough, pre-fermented – thats why We are proudly serving super light, airy and easy to digest 12 inches pizza. We also use only finest, imported Italian ingredients like – San Marzano Vesuvian tomatoes, Fior di Latte mozzarella, Extra Virgin Olive oil and many, many more!!!

All baked in 2 dome wood fire ovens in min. 430 C for less than 90 sec to create perfect flavour and fragrant in front of Your guests.

We are offering all of this to hire, including our beautiful Airstream , friendly staff, service and mouth-watering Menu prepare by our experienced pizzaiolo`s

We usually suggest serving buffet style. That way Your guest can grab a slice as and when they wish of different pizza throughout the service. However if You have any other ideas – please let us know. You can choose 4 pizzas from our menu - whatever you like. Menu has been attached or you can also find it :

The menu will then be detailed outside out trailer. We can also cater for those with gluten-free diet and vegan!

Do not worry if you unsure how manu quest exactly you will have , we can adjust it 14 days before event date when you are sure!

The pizzas are 12 ” ( most caterers make 9-10”!!!) What’s included: • branded pizza trailer • fairy lights and decoration • min 2 experience pizza chefs on board • personalized sign displaying special pizza menu • 12 ” pizza ( also salad / dessert/ dips/ drinks and extras once chosen from menu) • unlimited white paper napkins • unlimited white paper plates and cutlery • individual boxes for leftover pizzas • travel cost • working time frame!!!

How big is the pizza setup? Height - 2.5m Length - 4.2m Width - 3.0m

We need a flat Van accessible piece of ground 4mX3m.

How long does it take you to set up? We like to arrive 1 hour prior to the event time.

What do I have to pay: You have 2 options. 1. To pay in full or 2. To pay a 20% deposit to reserve the date. Then we will send you a request form for any allergies and diatery requirements. We will then confirm payment and call you 14 days before your booking to confirm numbers , take the remaining payment and any info we may need for the venues parking and times etc.

Do you require electric or water? We only need power but let us know in advance and we can do without .

Are there any additional costs? No. We factor fuel, etc into the price per head, so that is all you pay!

Can you cater for all dietary requirements? Yes. We make own gluten-free dough. If there are any Celiacs we need their names and ask them to come for their pizza 1st before any flour is used. We do a lovely vegan cheese and lots of vegetarian options.

Can you design us a menu? Yes, we often customize and add additional topping choices for our customers, if you can't see what you are looking for let us know.
