I am passionate about giving back people the sleep they need to live their life to the full without the afterthought of 'what life would i have if i slept well?'. l apply effective proven methods that work together, in a way that is tailored to each of my clients, over 4-8 weeks, and I love to see them get more wholesome from their good sleep. I can provide my services in person or remotely (or a mix).

I had always heard that CBT is the number 1 most effective treatment for insomnia but I was still sceptical. I had suffered from severe insomnia for over 1 year and had tried everything from medication including herbal to being mindful of my diet and sleep hygiene but nothing worked for me until I met Isabelle. She had a clear treatment plan for me from day 1 and after just 1 week there was already progression. Isabelle is a very professional and kind individual. After 7 weeks of therapy I no longer feel like I have insomnia. My life is slowly starting to revert back to the way it was and I’m starting to feel human again. I highly recommend Isabelle and the Sleep Tree! She was very adaptable and understanding of my unique circumstances and always flexible which was greatly appreciated. In five short weeks she taught me some useful lifelong lessons around sleep; and I've finally begun to tackle my lifelong chronic insomnia. I would highly recommend Isabelle, this was the best investment I've ever made! My insomnia started when I became a new mum, that was 15 years ago and it never really went away. I was mostly waking up at 2am remaining awake for 3-4 hours, and often not able to drop off to sleep. It left me feeling exhausted all day, desperately needing a mid-afternoon nap, eating junk and going to bed earlier and earlier. The anxiety I had around bedtime and the fear I felt about what the night ahead would bring meant my thought patterns and behaviour were entrenched. It was affecting my life on so many levels and I knew I needed help. Enter Isabelle from Sleep Tree! She thoughtfully listened to my needs and created a sleep program designed specifically to tackle the sleep problems I had. I could implement the easy steps immediately, along with her support, advice and other strategies. I very quickly came to realise just how much my thoughts around sleep created so many stories in my head about how I should behave, e.g. I’m too tired to exercise/socialise/eat healthily/stay up late, etc. Isabelle empowered me to change my thoughts and behaviour. When I met Isabelle, I struggled with sleep and woke up too early for as long as I could remember, despite having good sleep hygiene. Isabelle was brilliant in designing a clear program based on my lifestyle. With a series of feasible steps, she has enabled me to sleep well within a few weeks and be more rested during the day. Seeing my clients rediscover their body's ability to sleep.

I have always been an advocate for good sleep as the main pillar for physical and mental health. As I struggled with sleep issues myself in my early 40s, I sought insights on sleep hygiene by reading books from the best sleep experts. I discovered that sleep science has gone a long way in the last decade. Sleep coaching using cognitive and behavioural proven techniques is highly effective. I also realised the specific challenges faced by women resulting in 40% increased likelihood for women to suffer from poor sleep compared to men. I found a passion for the subject, got adequate training and started coaching with very good results, which pushed me to create a business.

Based on your sleep patterns and lifestyle, we will work together to rediscover your body's ability to sleep.

I will design a tailored plan for you spanning 4-8 weeks, using proven effective methods such as CBT-I, chronobiology and nutrition.

I will accompany you week by week to monitor your progress and give some focus for the week ahead. So far 100% of my clients have regained good sleep!

If you feel you would benefit further from our work together at the end of your program, I can offer 2 weeks coaching extensions.
