As someone who has experienced the debilitating impact of sleep disturbances on your life. Not only on your health and energy levels but also on your career and relationships. Being able to help others re-write their sleep story and watching the positive impact it has on the rest of their lives is highly fulfilling.

After a wonderfully fulfilling career in the Massage industry, providing hands-on treatments and training future therapists, I started to experience some physical difficulties in providing my best work. I realised that offering alternative, hands-off services will allow me to continue to provide a positive impact on the lives of others, so decided to train in sleep oohing and hypnotherapy to help other "sleepies" regain control of their lives.

My Hypnotherapy and coaching services are all provided online via Zoom for the therapy sessions and via Voxer or WhatsApp for ongoing support and accountability. Clients also receive a recording of all sessions.

Services

Minimum of 3x 60 min sessions to address your barriers to sleep and help you rewrite your sleep story. And create a posotove ripple effect throughout other aspects of your life
