Welcome to skillslocal which I established in 2015. I work with a range of individuals, businesses and organisations, across the East Midlands. I am a a licensed practitioner for ‘We invest in People, We invest in wellbeing and Wraw. As a Health & Wellbeing practitioner, coach and trainer, I support and advise a variety of clients on a wide range of solutions.

My main focus is on client improvement and I use a range of tools and frameworks which help diagnose and signpost. This includes: life, career, health & wellbeing and executive coaching. I support businesses with organisational restructures; employee engagement and skills shortages and succession planning.

I am highly innovative with an ability to identify, develop and maximise opportunities for all my clients.
