We have chosen this company to repair and install the gutters based on the excellent reviews, but our experience with them is very bad. On the 23/12/2020, just before Christmas last year, they came to fix our leaking gutters. Nine months later, we are still left with leaking gutters! We paid in full although the job was not completed. The guys did not have the full length of the gutters but we were promised that they would come right after New Year to finish the job. This did not happen until March. Many calls and messages, only promises with no appearance. Finally, they installed the new gutters, however, the first rain showed that the job was poorly done. Our multiple attempts to get the guys come and fix them failed. We are now back to the rainy season and our house is being continuously damaged by the leakages. More...

Excellent work carried out to a high standard by a great team. ewan was friendly and professional and always kept us updated with progress. His team were also fantastic and made every effort to keep a clean, safe work environment and to keep any inconvenience to a minimum for us. The main roof was completely redone, chimney cowls and extension roof lead were repaired/replaced and to date all of it has remained in perfect condition despite several bad storms in recent months. He is easy to get hold of and to communicate with, all imagines was taking to show me the damages on my roof before starting and any problems we encountered along the way were sorted promptly. Emailed after damage to our roof led to water coming through into our bathroom, had previously contacted two other companies who'd either not turned up or came round to check quote the roof without bringing a ladder.
....
Within 24 hours they'd attended, fixed the leak and described what they'd had to do to fix the problem as well as outlining why the leak occurred in the first place giving me better understanding of what would need to be done to permanently solve the issue.
The following day they'd sent me a quote for future work which again seemed very reasonable.
Will definitely be using them again for future work and would happily refer them on to others.
