What do you love most about your job?
I find immense joy in my job through the gratifying process of imparting knowledge. Witnessing the moment of understanding, (the penny drop!) is truly rewarding. Additionally, I incorporate a unique approach by engaging students in active listening exercises through music. Sharing the experience of dissecting songs together not only enhances their musical understanding but also refines their active listening skills. Guiding them step by step in learning a song creates a dynamic and interactive learning environment that I cherish
