We the Ebony Carers group was very blessed and pleased with the clear information about wills, Power to attorney and other important info around the need to be secure in what financial or welfare needs one may face. This was clear to all. I hope many take the challenge and act on the info. Thank you Sim. My eyes have been open to so many things that I was not aware of. Kind regards. More...

Why you should make a will?

Your will tells everyone what should happen to your money, possessions and property after you die.
• A Will makes it much easier for your family or friends to settle your estate when you die. Without a Will the
process can be more time consuming and stressful.
• If you don’t write a Will, everything you own will be shared out in a standard way defined by the law, which
isn’t always the way you might want.
• A Will can help reduce the amount of Inheritance Tax that might be payable on the value of the property and
money you leave behind.
• Writing a Will is especially important if you have children or other family who depend on you financially, or if
you want to leave something to people outside your immediate family.
• Some parents have had to sue their own children to get a share of their partner’s estate when their unmarried
partner dies. The law says that in this situation the children get everything.

Why should I have one?

What will happen if you lose the ability to make a choice,
You can no longer make decisions, legally without a voice,
Your mental capacity lacking through illness or just old age,
Your assets frozen, and placed in a vault with no access.
Your accounts and investments not accessible,
Your property can’t be remortgaged and you can't sell it.
Medical and care decisions made for you - you could be forced into care
anywhere around the country as well!
How can you avoid this nightmare of an ordeal?
You can stop your family facing a stress they don’t need to feel,
Select an Attorney and legally put them In place.
They can then act and make decisions for you - your family’s saving grace!
We can resolve these issues for you. We will explain in easy to understand terms.
Why not contact us today. Remember...................... Tomorrow is often too late.

What is a Protective Property Trust?

An increasing number of people consider the possibility of a need for care in the future, and the financial impact it may have on them. A property protection trust enable you to save a portion of your property to pass on to loved ones.

They are well suited to you if:

– You would like to protect your estate and home against the cost of possible future care fees

– You want to ensure that your children receive at least half of the value of your house upon your death

– You’d like to ensure that your partner or spouse can continue to live in and benefit from your share of the property upon your death

What is Probate?
- It is a legal document that is submitted when a person dies.
-It is needed before any administration of the deceased's estate can start.
- It can involve sorting out all claims, distributing assets left in the Will and making sure all legal and financial affairs are in order.
