0/10 The worst service ever!
I booked a standard clean a week in advance, during the process of scheduling the service we had agreed to £148 for two cleaners for a four hours standard clean. They also said their hourly rate per cleaner was £18.50 per cleaner per hour for a standard, £25 an hour per cleaner for a deep clean. It came to the day of the clean which was a Saturday, the cleaner was an hour late, they were not picking up the phone, then their manager made me aware that they had a car crash, so we would need to reschedule, which was totally understandable, I was happy to reschedule. We rescheduled for 12pm the next day which was a Sunday, on the morning of, I texted the manager to confirm the amount of cleaners she would be sending over, she said 1, so I reconfirmed the price as she had previously stated for a 4 hour standard clean that would be £18.50 per hour, as she was sending 1 cleaner that brings the total to £74 for the service, to which she said no we agree to £148 for the service. I reminded her that, that was when we agreed to 2 cleaners, why would I pay 1 cleaner £33 an hour. She then says well as it is a Sunday, the price is now £25 an hour for a standard clean and she can only do 3 hours, bare in mind my original appointment was for a Saturday, so now I’m being charged extra for their inability to not make my initial appointment. I still reluctantly agree. It came to the day of the clean again, and the cleaner calls me to tell me at 12:02pm, her car has broken down, so she can’t make it but they can offer me a deep clean on Wednesday for £200 instead of £240.
Absolutely livid I just told them to cancel the appointment all together. I made a formal complaint to which they proceeded to block me, without responding or acknowledging my experience with them. More...
