Domiciliary Care At Home
We understand the importance and value of remaining in one’s own home for older people. That is why at Sister Dorothy Healthcare, we look after key domestic tasks and provide personalised support to enable elderly people to continue living at home.
Our home care packages are tailored to suit each person’s specific needs, be it recovery after a major operation, assistance with personal care, preparing meals, carrying out some light housework or accompanying an elderly person to a doctor’s appointment, we can be trusted to assist.
Caring is what we are good at which is why we also care for family and friends that are main carers. We are there to provide the so much needed respite and give them piece of mind knowing that their loved ones are in capable hands.
Live-In Care
Our carefully and mutually selected carers are always at hand to provide care 24hrs a day to individuals or couples in their own home. Most people find it more fulfilling and financially beneficial to continue living at home and have someone support them while living-in rather than moving into a new, costly environment, leaving behind their home which they love so much.
Being CQC regulated and having been rated “GOOD” in our last inspection, we are committed to upholding high standards of care at all times whether vising from as little as 30 minutes or living-In with elderly the people we support.
Palliative Care
We are here to support you or your loved one anytime, all the time. During difficult times of terminal illness, Sister Dorothy Healthcare has experienced and skilled carers available to provide a wide range of palliative care services. We do our best to enable you to make the most of your time with your loved one while we support them to remain comfortable and dignified in their own home.

Companionship
Sometimes all we need is someone to talk to, a familiar face and a chat over a cup of tea once a week or a few days a week can make so much of a difference in one’s wellbeing. That is why at Sister Dorothy healthcare, we provide a companionship service. We understand that family may live hours away from their loved ones or just may not be able to visit as often as they would love to, so we are here to visit every so often and keep you or your loved one company.
