It's a great facility with lovely staff and great variety of activities. I play squash and the courts are brilliant. I also swim there. There is always a session in can attend. The prices are very competitive. Can't fault it. More...

Fantastic facility with the most helpful, courteous and proactive staff I have ever dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble (especially love Jack, who puts up with me changing my mind every week :-)) If I could use Truro School for everything, I would :-)

Good sports center with a large Hall for basketball, badminton etc, and a couple of seperate squash courts.Squash courts do get a bit stuffy in this 30 degree C whether we're experiencing currently however. Changing rooms are okay, and there is plentiful free on site parking. Prices are reasonable for non members; About £6 for 45 minutes for a squash court. Equipment hire is available and reasonably priced. More...

Play squash here regularly and always try to bring someone different to play against. The gym is also very good but I suggest that you bring your own towel just incase the gym roll has been used up. It's not high tech but when working out all you need is the equipment to work, and it does! Great view of Truro aswell! Friendly receptionists and staff aswell. Good prices for facilities! More...

All the latest equipment and space available allowing you to train anything you wish to solo or with friends. However, I would recommend avoiding hours around school time eg after 6pm or at weekends due to it being filled with students in school hours.
