Extremely dishonest in dealing with customers. sent my initial requirements and when I received contract I replied with ammendments, followed up with numerous phone calls with their event manager Tim who verbally agreed to these and made it look like my asks were not a big deal. silly me post event, my £600 deposit less agreed waste disposal fee is being withheld with no proof of damage claims. I have requested for picture evidence twice now (before and after) - NONE luckily I have pics of the hall before and after when it was set up from my event decorator I will be taking legal action. Advice is make sure all you want is agreed on paper and you take proper inventory of the room before paying More...

An excellent venue to host exhibitions, the flexibility of the centre allowing for setup needs ahead of the event, it’s the second time we have booked for this purpose. It has enabled us to introduce a number of new clients to our business in a relaxed, but professional setting, demonstrating what we do.
