Personal Care
We provide personal care in a person centred way. We respect the wishes and choices of our service users. We listen to their concern and aim to address them as quickly as possible. We assign regular carers to our service users to help them build a relationship with their carers
Support at Home
We support people with learning disabilities in the comfort of their homes. We help them to access the community and to go shopping. We provide trained staff who understand the needs of our service users
Cleaning
We support our service users with cleaning. This gives our service user the peace of not worrying about finding cleaners. Once they engage us we can agree on the time they want us to visit and clean their home.
Meal Preparation
We support with meal preparation for our service users. All we need is to agree on the time to be allocated to the carer to prepare the food.
Live -in Care
Sincerity Health Care provides carers to live with your elderly in their homes giving them 24 hr support at affordable prices
Supported Living
We provide accommodation and support to young adults aged between 16-25years. Our prices are fair and reasonable. Call us or email your enquiry.
