I did not think my latop would ever work again so i phoned scs and told him what i thought it was and took it in the following day they phoned me and said that my hard drive was not working so i said to fix it when i got it back i was so pleased it worked again and he saved some of my files too so thank you SCS for saving my laptop and i would highly reccomend them to any one with a laptop problem

My 4 year old laptop completely died taking 4 years of uni work and pictures with it as my USB back up had also corrupted.
Rang SCS in a panic and explained the issue, who diagnosed over the phone a failed system update. I took my laptop into them and paid a priority fee for it to be seen the same afternoon.
The next morning I got a phone call saying they had managed to boot it up and were able to restore all my files and pictures, and my laptop was ready to be collected. Friendly, fast and excellent service!
