this afternoon I went for a reki session with the lovely guy who runs the shop... one word amazing....he pick up on a few areas I've been struggling with. ....he was absolutely amazing..... he definitely has healing hands the energy from him was so calming and relaxing he explained what why he worked and was really reassuring so if any1 is nervous or wanting to try out reki for the 1st time I would recommend 100 percent ..... Just after my first ever reiki session and I cannot believe the impact it can have on the body & mind! Padraig at Simply Zen was incredible! Having never experienced Reiki before I wasn't sure what to expect, But Padraig has excelled all expectations, I felt immediately at ease and confident in his presence. He is incredibly intuitive!! He managed to pick up on an area that needed extra healing. He was surprisingly accurate with where he felt all my negative energy and to my delight passed on a message from my wee Son Cohan in Spirit. Thank you so much Padraig, I feel better health wise and mentally than I have in weeks. For anyone who is feeling heavy, has a medical issue they feel could do with some extra healing, is unaligned in their thoughts or just overly stressed, I would very highly recommended booking in with Padraig! I just had a reiki healing session with simply zen today I was pleasantly surprised at how successful the session was the healer was very knowledgeable Patient and kind with me all of the way through it.
