What a relief I used Simplify and Clean. Didn’t realise what the name meant until Jana came round to flat, but the ‘simplify’ part is offering organising and declitterring services whilst the ‘clean’ is very thorough. The best part about it was Jana’s understanding and professional nature (as I was ashamed at how bad my flat has gotten), but she reassured she loved making it nice and clean. How long have you been in business?
Gradually I realised that decluttering, organising, finding a system and cleaning is my passion and it would be my dream job. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a company that was offering such a position so with the saying “do what you love and you will never work a day in your life” in mind in February 2022 Simplify and Clean was born.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
You don’t have to worry if you have the right cleaning equipment and products I will bring everything with me.
What do you love most about your job?
Decluttering and Cleaning is my passion. With cleaning I love that I can help my clients with the workload that comes with looking after a home or any other space so they can have more free time for themselves. Decluttering is such a transformational process and I love to see the positive changes on my client’s life.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I started my business after the pandemic. There are no requirements in place at the moment for my industry but I am a member of Domestic Cleaning Alliance so I can keep up with all law updates in the future.

recharging and relaxing in your home being left feeling like you need a fresh start
Your home is your most intimate environment with a massive influence on your mental and physical health – that is why it is so important to look after it. A tidy and organised space helps you to manage your daily tasks easily, efficiently and as fast as possible. By clearing your physical space, you also clear your mind and change your mindset to help you accomplish any goal you set for yourself.
My Services include
Decluttering and organising
your entire home
a particular space – kitchen, office, wardrobe or even a shed
when moving – decluttering and boxing existing possessions and unpacking and organising your new home
any other occasion when you need a help taming a chaos and transforming it into a system
Even though the main goal of the decluttering process is to change your environment. There is a second goal and it is leaving you with tools to continue, maintain and even improve the result we accomplish together within our session.
Pricing
My hourly rate is £25 with a minimum 3 hours per session.
Cleaning
Any kind of cleaning done thoroughly with attention to the details.
I am able to provide:
one off cleaning – end of tenancy, deep clean, moving in/out, after building work or after a party.
regular cleaning – weekly, fortnightly, monthly – delivering a high standard clean every visit with an option of adding an extra deep clean task (cleaning the fridge, washing machine draw, skirting boards, door frames, blinds, kitchen cupboards, sink drain etc.)
Where possible cleaning is done using vegan, cruelty free cleaning products refilled in local zero waste shop Pack It In.
Key information
I am a member of Domestic Cleaning Alliance.
I hold public and product liability insurance and a basic DBS check.
For all pet owners after initial introduction to your pet I am more then happy to provide any cleaning while your pet is present.
You don’t have to worry if you have the right cleaning equipment and products I will bring everything with me.
Pricing
My hourly rate is £17.
