Adele at West Yorkshire Money was fantastic in helping us purchase our first home, we couldn't have asked for more from her. When our fixed rate ended we came to Emma, her colleague at WYM. She not only found us a highly competitive fixed rate for the next five years, but she also advised us on how we could use equity release to reinvest into a second property. Her hard work that involved a property valuation, proving her theory that our home had increased in value allowed us to release funds whilst maintaining low mortgage payments. Couldn't thank Emma enough. We had completely lost hope in being able to get a mortgage due to our complicated circumstances. Adele was reccomended to me by a friend after id had a terrible experience with a new builds "reccomended" advisor. After 2 weeks with my past advisor not able to match me to a mortgage without a ridiculous interest rate, adele got me sorted in 2 days at almost half the interst rate i was told id be looking at. She worked tirelessly throughout and she and helen were on the ball the entire way.
