We decided to have a dinner party form my wife’s birthday and were extremely lucky to have Simone as our chef for the night. He got to ours on time and was very professional all throughout the time. From the moment he sets up you can tell how good he is. We’d initially thought of an Italian dinner however in the end we decided for a series of unique fusion dishes combining ingredients from different cultures (he’s traveled the world). Since we usually dine in high-end restaurant our expectations were extremely high but the food Simone cooked was simply amazing, out of this world!

My husband and I had the Sushi making class and we had a fantastic time together. Chef Simone Zeppieri is very knowledgable, professional and very friendly. He gives lots of insight into techniques and how to make Sushi like a Master. The class was really funny, easy and we actually manage to make a very good sushi at home.
