How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I deal directly with the client working to their preferences. I don't just offer a set choice but go out of my way to ensure the perfect menu.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to provide a personal service designed around the client. I love to create every event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've had my own business for decades. I had a restaurant for 30 years and sold it to work privately and enable to work abroad more. I also cater for property rentals around Europe.
